We are thrilled to announce that Miles ISD Senior, Cesar Villarruel, has won the State title at the UIL State Film Festival in Austin on February 25th!
Cesar submitted his film “River Pigz” to UIL competition, advanced to the State level, and competed against the top student filmmakers in Texas. Cesar came out on top — earning the title of State Champion!
This incredible accomplishment is a testament to his creativity, dedication, and hard work. We are so proud of you, Cesar!
