Miles ISD is thrilled to announce that our Elementary Gardening Project has received a $1,300 Spark Good Grant from our local Ballinger Walmart!
This generous funding will directly support our young learners as they hands-on experience with agriculture, science, and healthy eating. Through the Elementary Gardening Project, our students will plant, nurture, and harvest their own crops—fostering teamwork and a deeper connection to where our food comes from.
We are incredibly proud to "spark good" right here in our own school community. A massive Thank You to Walmart for investing in the future of our students and supporting local education!
