Reagan County softball tournament has been cancelled. (Feb. 18-20). Go Dogs!!

Miles ISD will remain closed through Friday, February 19, 2021 due to lack of electricity, gas, and water. Road conditions in certain areas are also a concern. School will re-open on Monday, February 22, 2021. Buses will run as normal.

Miles' Mandatory Cheer Tryout meeting has been moved to Sunday afternoon, Feb. 21st, at 4:30pm (weather permitting). We will meet in the JH/HS cafeteria.

MILES ISD has canceled school WEDNESDAY, FEB. 17th due to road conditions and continuous power outages. MISD will continue to monitor the conditions and let you know tomorrow regarding school on Thursday.

Due to the weather, we are canceling the warmup game with Irion County tomorrow. If anything changes with the playoff game on Friday then I will disperse that info as soon as I get it. As for now, we are still a go for Friday 6:00pm in Big Spring vs Wink

Miles ISD roads have been driven this morning and the determination has been made to have school today. Be sure and bundle up!

JH Athletics will begin at 8am tomorrow Friday February 12th.

Miles ISD will run a regular half-day schedule for students tomorrow. In-service is scheduled for teachers in the afternoon. We will continue to monitor the weather throughout the night. Please be extra cautious when driving to school tomorrow.

The Garden City Tennis Tournament schedule for tomorrow has been canceled.

Miles ISD is canceling school for February 11th due to hazardous road conditions in and around the City of Miles.

Miles ISD will have a 10 a.m start time on Feb. 11. The roads have been assessed and there are a few slick areas. Drive cautiously while coming to school.

Miles ISD is monitoring potential winter weather this week, we want our families to be aware of our Inclement Weather Procedures. If a decision is made to either delay or cancel school, Miles ISD will make every effort to inform our community by 5:30 a.m. Families will be notified in the following order and manner: 1) A posting will be made on our district website. www.milesisd.net 2) A posting will be made on our two official MISD social media channels: Miles ISD Facebook page, and the Miles ISD APP Live Feed. 3) News stations will be contacted. All decisions to either hold, cancel, or delay school will be foremost made with the safety of our students and staff in mind.

The Miles Boys Basketball Team will play a Playoff Warmup Game on Monday February 15th vs Irion County @ 6:15 pm in Miles Gymnasium. Please come out and be LOUD!!! IDEA FIXE’

The Booster Club Meeting scheduled on Monday, February 15th has been rescheduled to Monday, March 1st at 6:30 in the Gym foyer.
