Gym Repairs Notice:
On the west side of the gym, there are some tin panels that have come loose. Repairs will be made Tuesday, August 6. In the meantime the west entrance to the gym will be closed. Do not park on the west side for two a days or volleyball practice or cheer camp. Cones will be set out and I ask that you stay away from that area until it is repaired. Once repairs are finished we will open it back up.

Open Enrollment for new students begins August 1st. Current students will be able to register online on August 2nd; please register using a computer, not a cell phone. On August 7th, we will be open from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to assist anyone who needs a computer to complete online registration.

Parents for students in grades 3-6 may access preliminary STAAR scores at this link https://tx-familyportal.cambiumast.com/index.html#/ . It is important to remember that these scores are PRELIMINARY. Final scores may be accessed later in July. If you are unsure of your child’s access code, please email sarah.crouch@milesisd.net

Please remember to take care of any outstanding cafeteria accounts. Payments can be made online or to the admin office by check or exact cash by June 6, 2024. Admin hours are Monday-Thursday, 9am-3pm. Thank you
Hard to believe we are down to one week. Monday is the last review day. We will take finals on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday we will have the NHS Induction and Awards Assembly. Of course Friday is Graduation.

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mothers, Step-Mother's and Grandmothers.
We begin returning Chromebooks this week, which will be new for us. Students will return their Chromebook, with it's case and power cord during their English classes. Students will be charged for any damaged or missing items.
LUNCH MENU CHANGE FOR 5/17
Instead of hamburgers, we will have BBQ sandwiches that day. The rest of the menu will remain the same.
Art Show and Bogo Book Fair are tonight from 4:30-5:45pm, and the Variety Show in the auditorium starts at 6:00pm. If your child is performing in the Variety Show, please be at the auditorium at 5:45pm.
Week-34: The students going on the AR trip will leave at 5:15 a.m. on Tuesday. We will have a send-off for Tennis heading to the Regional Tournament Tuesday at about 9:30 a.m.
