Technical Dual Credit is a high school course that allows students to earn both high school credit and college credit that may be applied toward technical school or community college career preparation programs. These courses are taught by Miles High School teachers and differ from the traditional academic dual credit courses that transfer to a four-year university. Summer Strength and Conditioning workouts will begin tomorrow at 8:00 am.
Summer is when you make the most improvements.
You have to plant the seed in the summer to get the harvest during the season. If you wait until the season, it’s too late.
Vacations, sports/church camps, trips are some of the great things about summer, but if you’re in town, be at workouts!!
